Shipping Policy
WHERE DO WE SHIP? We ship all around the world. We are available PAN-INDIA (i.e. delivery in any place in India). For overseas delivery, you need to check with us beforehand as delivery is subject to customs regulation. The order will be shipped as per time specified via email. SHIPPING CARRIER SIMRAN MINAWALA ships most India orders, however suppliers shipping direct may utilize other shipping methods. The tracking details and carrier information associated with your order will be provided as requested. Only after dispatch of your order, the order status page for your account will reflect any change. You can even visit the partner websites to manually check the status of your orders by putting in the AWB number sent to you via mail. SHIPPING RATES INDIA: We offer free shipping all over Mumbai. The weight is calculated for the rest of the country and is displayed at the time of checkout. OVERSEAS: SIMRAN MINAWALA works closely with its carriers to provide a competitive shipping experience for our customers. Exact shipping charges are calculated at the time of checkout based on the number of items, item type, weight, and volume of all the items in the cart. SHIPPING TIME Shipping times will vary depending on whether the item is in our warehouse, shipping directly from the supplier, or made-to-order. A tracking number with delivery details will be emailed to you when your order ships. Items that are in stock and shipping from our warehouse are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Items that are made-to-order or customized will be commissioned by you when you place your order, and therefore will take longer to produce and ship (Typically between 4 to 8 weeks) Further information on the order status can be provided by our customer care upon request. TAXES AND CUSTOM DUTIES FOR INDIAN CUSTOMERS Product Prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
Return & Exchange Policy
Our return policy is very flexible and customer friendly, we try to accommodate our patrons as much as we can, we welcome replacements on the following terms - • A wrong product has been dispatched and in the event that a product does not match the item selected during order confirmation. • If you identify quality or a manufacturing defect on the received product. • If the product is received in a damaged condition. • If the product doesn’t fit into your desired expected décor, we will be refunding you the amount of the bought product in the form of store credits with no expiry. This is not valid for customized products You can reach us at simranminawaladesigns@gmail.com. Breakages In the case of breakage and any transit damage, please send a picture of the product. Please consider these points: We will be requiring the original packaging with any foam and cushioning inside for its safe return journey of the product even if it is broken for our reference purpose. Cancellation As an organization, we believe in 100% customer satisfaction. In case you wish to cancel an order due to any reason write to us at simranminawaladesigns@gmail.com. Return Process 1. Our return policy is applicable within 2 days from receipt of the product and applicable only for the following reasons: Damaged product, Manufacturing defect & incorrect product. The time frame starts from the date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners. You can reach us at simranminawaladesigns@gmail.com to initiate a return. 2. Please send us 2 images (one of the damaged part and one of the entire product) of the product for us to ascertain the reason for return. You can send us the from where our Quality Assurance team will check the details in reference to its eligibility of return. 3. We will then get back to you with your Return Request Status within 2-3 days of receiving your request mail with pictures. Once your return request has been accepted, we will arrange a reverse pick up for the product in question. It usually takes about 2-3 working days for organizing a pickup and 7-10 days for delivery at our warehouse. Once the merchandise is back at our warehouse, our quality assurance team will check the merchandise and the refund process will get initiated within 2-3 days of receiving it. It will then reflect in your bank account. Points to remember - Product must be returned with the original packaging, including the tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping label (pasted on the packet), invoice etc. The product should be unused and in the original condition. You will be asked to print 3 documents to be provided to the logistics company representative who comes for the pickup. Refunds All refunds will be processed within 5-7 days of receiving the merchandise back at our warehouse. The refunds can be made in form of Store Credits, Store Credits are the fastest way of refund, they are a form of money with no expiry date and no limitations on their usage and they are usually processed immediately on confirmation. Prepaid orders will be refunded back directly into your account and COD orders will be refunded via NEFT transfer (Please provide your account details for the same) Please allow 5-7 days for the amount to reflect in your statements.
